CARDIO BLAST

A 30-minute cardio workout, combining the cardio equipment at Spinroom with floor based exercises using body weight, slam balls, battle ropes, and the sled.

BATTLE ROPES

25 minutes on the ropes! Interval workout using only the battle ropes – challenge your arms, shoulders and legs with this one.

INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor cycling classes, or Spin Classes as they are known, are done in a group setting with participants following the instructor’s lead and pedalling together to music. The class can be adjusted to different fitness levels and goals, with options for beginners and more advanced riders.

Indoor cycling classes are popular because they offer a high-energy, low-impact workout that can be tailored to individual fitness goals. They can also be a fun and social way to stay in shape and meet new people.

PUMP

A 45-minute resistance based high volume workout. Combined with music, weights and a step, you will be completing a resistance based choreographed workout.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Whatever the instructor wants to do on a Wednesday morning!  Free license to use all the equipment in which ever order however many times. This one will keep you guessing every Wednesday when you arrive – no Wednesday workout class is the same.

KETTLEBELLS

A kettlebell class is a type of workout class that incorporates the use of kettlebells, a type of weight training equipment that looks like a cannonball with a handle. 60-minute workout broken down into the three sections of 20 minutes. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of abs – a great way to start your week on a Monday morning.

HATTON BOXING

Boxing for fitness workout, inspired by Ricky Hatton himself. This workout combines high intensity exercise with the education of boxing movements and phases.

AB ATTACK

30-minute Ab session, designed to get the core working and firing for you. Like all our classes, this will be varies and never the same.

SPABS

Combination of indoor cycling and Abs. You will start your workout with 30 minutes indoor cycling and finish with 30 minutes of Abs.

GYM SESSION

Open session for you to book a slot and use the gym for your own workout.

CIRCUITS

Traditional circuit session, using the main studio floor space and all the kit within it. 45 minutes of hard work and lots of laughs and smiles.

Book in advance to guarantee you a slot in your chosen class. They are very popular and fill up fast, so we always recommend you book ahead to avoid disappointment.
